welcome to my little world.
last thursday went cs with my a-levels classmates..
haha
it feels like a long time since i last see them anyway..lol
there were me, qq, tian, theresa, liyen, will, suria, weiheng..8 of us..
after a brief lunch at hong kong kim gary restaurant, which is the second time i went there, we went for the latest movie--HANCOCK!!!
though yesterday was the first day of the movie shown in cinema, i didnt really see huge crowd of ppl buzzing in the theatre..
perhaps it was only a weekday..haha
the story was about a hard-living superhero(hancock by will smith), tired of the duty of saving lives like what other superheroes do everyday..whenever he tries to do something right, it just gets worse, plus he doesnt really know how to communicate well in the beginning..it is not until he saved a guy(ray embrey by jason bateman), who works as a public relations executive and keeps promoting the "all heart" brand, that hancock starts to change the bad image he helds in the eyes of the people..the movie is an action comedy, also there are some "emo" scenes which shows the loneliness in a superhero like hancock, who is not the "same" kind as other ppl..reaching the middle part of the movie, truths start to uncover itself, where ray's beautiful wife(by charlize theron)turns out to be the "same" kind as hancock, who is actually hancock's lover many many decades ago..they couldnt be together as some scandals try to kill them, and hancock forgets who he is after saving his wife..the story ends with ray back to his happily-ever-after life with his wife and son, while hancock continues to be the superhero..
though overall it's not a bad movie, i consider it as only an average nice movie, perhaps at first i expect more from it..haha..that's why if u ask me hows the movie, i'll tell you "hmm quite okay, quite funny"..lol..but if u are free, it can still be the movie of ur choice to fill up ur time..hehe
btw, i saw quite alot of ssi juniors during the outing..haha..and also saw jiani, as pretty as ever, haha..and guess what?!we saw one of the mediacorp's "seven princesses"--liu zhi xuan!!!tian said she saw her when we all were moving out of the cinema after the movie ended..she and her friends..i think maybe she was watching the same movie as us..haha..but what a pity!i din actually see her face, just got a glimpse of her back..she wore quite casually, nearly all in black, with a cap on top of her head..haha..and very tall and skinny..
after the movie, we just hanged around and later settled at roibo's..
i din ordered anything as i was still coughingT_T..
chit-chat here and there..gossip-ing abit..haha..before we headed home..
really enjoy outing with friends..
but too bad today i din manage to go for ssi's hari koko..haiz so sad..
cant go support krs, cant taste nice snacks and drinks, cant meet up with other ssi-ans..
that's why im sitting here blogging..lol
later going for completion/graduation ceremony at sunway..
and then gonna go back pontian to celebrate my grandma's birthday..
gotta be a busy day~~
